By 2026, that beginning had grown into five distinct stations, each with its own sound and personality.
Today, our woman-owned media collective brings together classic soul, hip-hop, R&B, faith-centered inspiration, and conversations connected to the culture.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE NETWORK
Mz. Liah J.
Mz. Liah J., also known as "Lady Boss," founded The Jamz Network, an expanding online radio network that honors music, culture, and the sounds that unite generations.
Her broadcasting career started with Vybe95, which subsequently changed its name to The Vybe. Liah gained a solid foundation in social media, music programming, audience interaction, and station leadership while working there. Her advancement into the positions of music director and program director equipped her to lead with assurance and offer internet radio a more expansive vision.
When the time arrived, Liah was ready. She was able to transform a single online station into The Jamz Network, a five-station network with a vibe for everyone, because of her love of broadcasting, dedication to learning, and readiness to develop in every capacity.
Liah J. is still dedicated to establishing a welcoming atmosphere where music, culture, and community come together, driven by faith and purpose.
